Hello and welcome to my blog post. I have made the decision to completely drop agility and speed exercises, workouts, and routines completely. I am dropping these from my routine for a few reasons. The first reason is that my leg has been about 95% for a while now and I do not want to hurt it anymore because I want to stay healthy. Reason number two is because the workouts and exercises are very strenuous and they take a very long time. The third reason is that I have very limited time to do these because I get home at about 7 pm every day because of baseball and I am exhausted. There are many days when I do not even do my homework because I cannot keep my eyes open past a certain time.
On the bright side. I have filmed all of the videos but I have not edited them all together. I am having a little bit of difficulty with the editing of the video but I will try to edit them this weekend. I am trying to get the videos out but I keep forgetting on the weekend because I do not think about school on the weekends, my only days of free time. Regarding high school baseball, I have not been getting very many reps which is not good because I need to get these in-game reps in order to get better. We have also not had many field practices lately due to the bad weather. At the practices that are on the field, I, once again, feel like I am totally throwing harder and it is much easier to throw farther and harder. Another thing that really is weighing me down is that I cannot work out with weights because I do not want to be sore for practices or games that we have the next day.
